I look at myself and I see someone that's been through a lot of worry. I look forward to a future without so much uncertainty. I have to hold onto the hope that life will get better. Some days that hope comes easily; as though the cloud has been lifted, and I can see the good things life has yet to offer. Other days I can't see past the upcoming month's bills.

This is me. Currently, I'm in a bad mood. Life has me that way. It began with the Deepwater Horizon explosion and hasn't ended. I focused my black moments by taking photos and sharing ones from when the beaches I knew weren't fouled by that which makes our lives so easy. You can find them here. After those, my camera set idle--something odd for a mother of three. I shall start anew, not with a daily photo, though.

This is my second year with Serendipity. How time flies! No I have not been regular in updating my pictures. But I know that I was trying to chronicle each day of my life through the pictures as if I was trying to put a tag. But then now I thought why assign a time and a boundary? It was getting claustrophobic and limited. Why not let it be free and show the real me. So this year my contribution in Serendipity will be abstract (and hopefully regular). I will show you what I see and the way I see it. Welcome to my world!
